california poppy tincture

$29.00

california poppy is a gentle nervine that has been traditionally used for pain relief, relaxation, sleep issues, and stress.

this is the perfect herb for those times when stress, worry, or aches and pains are keeping you from sleeping restfully through the night. if you’ve ever felt a california poppy flower in person, you know there is nothing softer than the delicate bright orange petals of this plant. they are like the softest velvet and incredibly delicate. to me, this represents the energy they bring to the body. safe enough for children, and they require a sweetness, gentleness in handling, which mirrors the soft, slow, tenderness they bring in their medicine.

recommended dose is 1 dropperful an hour or two before sleep, or 1 dropperful twice a day for general relaxation of the entire nervous system.

we make our tincture with fresh california poppy plants grown here on our land in the bay area, california.
