this diaper balm and skin salve is made with cold-pressed organic olive oil infused with freshly dried resinous calendula, bright purple lavender, and homegrown chamomile flowers. it is soothing, healing, and protective for baby's sensitive skin. use it at diaper changes, as an all-over moisturizing balm, or on skin irritations, scrapes, and rashes.
it also makes an excellent nipple balm and can be applied directly after nursing to protect sensitive skin during the early days of breastfeeding. while all of the ingredients are safe if accidentally ingested, we recommend gently wiping away any excess before latching to help protect baby's developing gut, especially in the earliest days.
