herbal seaweed bath for remembrance, grounding, and connecting to our innate knowings

seaweed baths are an ancestral tradition from ireland and scotland that allow deep mineral absorption and volatile oils of these nutrient rich plants. the hot water releases the soft and supple constituents of these muciligenous seaweeds and is so restorative and grounding. seaweeds are rich in minerals and amino acids and we use a combination of different varieties to cross the full spectrum of benefits, including trace minerals that are hard to receive through diet alone.

sea salt brings out the benefits of the seaweeds, as this bath was traditionally offered with wild plants in fire warmed sea water.

we add mugwort and lavender to this blend to thread us deeper into the dream world, ancestral remembrance, and ceremonial posture. this is bath blend is a special one, offering expansion into our deep inner knowing and dream space.
